The\u00a0<\/span>FINE Luxembourg Declaration<\/b>\u00a0is a strong position statement advocating for equitable, innovative, and forward-looking nursing education. It was drafted following the\u00a0<\/span>Working Group organised in Luxembourg on the 5th and the 6th of December 2024<\/b>, where FINE members and experts gathered to identify priorities for strengthening nursing education across Europe.<\/p>\n

This declaration reflects the collective input and consensus of the participants. It is the result of a collaborative process that was guided by the principles of Appreciative Inquiry, fostering constructive dialogue and shared vision.<\/p>\n

This declaration reaffirms FINE\u2019s commitment to harmonised education, professional role recognition, pedagogical innovation, research, and the integration of ecological and digital transitions into nursing curricula.<\/div>\n
