{"id":3753,"date":"2024-06-30T22:20:19","date_gmt":"2024-06-30T22:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fine-europe.eu\/?p=3753"},"modified":"2024-09-13T16:30:01","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T16:30:01","slug":"2024-survey-requested-by-the-european-commission-on-the-implementation-of-directive-2005-36-ec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fine-europe.eu\/?p=3753&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Update with our answers &#8211; 2024 survey requested by the European Commission on the implementation of Directive 2005\/36\/EC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.25.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.25.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.25.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.25.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The European Commission has begun preparing the report on the implementation of Directive 2005\/36\/EC, which is due to be presented in the second quarter of 2025.<br \/>The objectives are to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify gaps, problems or challenges in the implementation of Directive 2005\/36\/EC;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress in implementing Directive 2005\/36\/EC on the basis of the issues identified in the report on the implementation of Directive 2020;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of the Directive:\n<ul>\n<li>is it achieving its objectives, addressing the problems it was intended to solve?<\/li>\n<li>Has it produced results efficiently in terms of the resources used to achieve the real effects?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the ground for future policy initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Defining enforcement measures: the enforcement mechanisms and procedures used to ensure that Member States comply with their obligations under the Directive.<br \/>In terms of geographical scope, the implementation report will cover all EU Member States.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In preparing this report, the Commission is consulting a range of stakeholders, including members of the Expert Group on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications (GoC), national support centers for Directive 2005\/36\/EC, targeted professional organizations at national and European level, national competent authorities and individual citizens.<br \/>FINE has been contacted to respond to this survey by 6 September.<\/p>\n<p>The questions are particularly interesting.
