global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Workgroup hybride (en pr\u00e9sentiel et en ligne) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Agenda :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif de ce groupe de travail FINE est d&#8217;explorer l&#8217;\u00e9cart entre la th\u00e9orie et la pratique des soins infirmiers dans un contexte d&#8217;enseignement tertiaire europ\u00e9en, et comment ce domaine pourrait et devrait \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9. En outre, notre exp\u00e9rience commune en tant que formateurs d\u2019infirmi\u00e8res.iers sugg\u00e8re que l&#8217;\u00e9cart entre la th\u00e9orie et la pratique dans la formation des infirmi\u00e8res.iers est aujourd&#8217;hui encore plus li\u00e9 aux contextes cliniques, car les politiques europ\u00e9ennes \u00e0 travers les syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9 contemporains garantissent une haute qualit\u00e9 des soins infirmiers.<\/p>\n<p>En ce sens, FINE soutient une rationalisation plus acad\u00e9mique de la pratique clinique, et un d\u00e9veloppement de la recherche des infirmi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Une pratique clinique de qualit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre intrins\u00e8quement li\u00e9e aux preuves et aux recherches les plus r\u00e9centes men\u00e9es par les infirmi\u00e8res, mais aussi par d&#8217;autres professionnels de la sant\u00e9 au sein d&#8217;\u00e9quipes multidisciplinaires.<\/p>\n<p>Objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques : Les infirmi\u00e8res universitaires estiment que pour combler le foss\u00e9 entre la th\u00e9orie et la pratique, il ne suffit pas de modifier le programme \u00e9ducatif contemporain et de restructurer le contenu th\u00e9orique des programmes d&#8217;\u00e9tudes actuels.<\/p>\n<p>Au contraire, un tel changement n\u00e9cessiterait l&#8217;inclusion d&#8217;autres partenaires cl\u00e9s fondamentaux tels que les cliniciens, les associations de patients et les \u00e9tudiants en soins infirmiers.
